DESCRIPTION:
(from Wonder Project's press release, June 2026) Wonder Project today announced a two-season order for Fluff Piece, the company's first original children's series, marking a major expansion of its family entertainment strategy and investment in programming for young audiences. Created by Sylvia Brindis, Shane Snow, and Brian Donegan, Fluff Piece will premiere July 9 on Wonder Project, with two new episodes released weekly. The initial order includes 22 episodes across two seasons, consisting of a 10-episode first season and a 12-episode second season. Designed for children ages 2-6+ and the grown-ups in their lives, Fluff Piece follows upbeat Happy Herald reporter Fiona Flash and her animated dog sidekick and staff photographer, Fluff, as they investigate silly mysteries and rumors around town. Whether tracking down a rooftop Pegasus or uncovering the truth behind rainbow-colored puddles, the duo follows clues, checks facts, and discovers that things are rarely what they first seem. Young viewers - known as "Newshounds" - are invited to investigate alongside them, encouraging curiosity, critical thinking, and the joy of asking good questions. |
