Netflix Unveils the Official 'Rotten Legacy' Trailer
Netflix has unveiled today the official trailer and new images for Rotten Legacy, the series created by Carlos Montero, Pablo Alén, and Breixo Corral, which will premiere globally on May 16, 2025. In the series, Jose Coronado plays Federico Seligman, a communications and business magnate and father of four children; Belén Cuesta (Money Heist, Paquita Salas), Diego Martín (ELITE, Velvet), Natalia Huarte (Las cartas perdidas, Amar es para siempre), and María Morera (Libertad, Cucut) play Yolanda, Andrés, Guadalupe, and Lara, respectively.
Federico (Jose Coronado) must retire from his communications companies to recover from an illness that has sidelined him for two years. Upon his return, he discovers that his children have become strangers and are taking the business in a direction he detests. He'll do anything he can to prevent them from destroying his legacy. Business at stake, a family far from perfect, romantic relationships, love triangles, government connections, a highly controversial interview, and the most important question: how far are you willing to go to protect your legacy?
The cast is completed by Susi Sánchez (Lullaby, Offering to the Storm), Mireia Portas (Crazy About Her, Polònia), Gustavo Salmerón (Asphalt, Mensaka), Nico Romero (The Time It Takes, La Fortuna), Iván Pellicer (Holy Family, Killer Book Club), Salva Reina (El 47, Tregua(s)), and Lucas Nabor (Culpa Mía).
This new series by El Desorden Crea for Netflix is a creation by Carlos Montero (Breathless, ELITE), Pablo Alén (Mari(dos), Three Many Weddings), and Breixo Corral (Mari(dos), Three Many Weddings), who also wrote the eight episodes of the series, and directed by Eduardo Chapero-Jackson (ELITE, Sky Rojo) and Carlota Pereda (Piggy, In Love All Over Again).
