NEW YORK, February, 1, 2006 Oxygens original series Campus Ladies and Snapped are now available for download on Apples iTunes, it was announced today. Campus Ladies is a new improvisational comedy about two middle-aged housewives who trade in suburban sprawl for dorm life when they enroll in the local university. The shows writers and stars are Carrie Aizley and Christen Sussin, who created the concept on stage through their work with The Groundlings, as Joan and Barri, middle-aged best friends in search of the wild years they never had. Curb Your Enthusiasm star Cheryl Hines executive produces with her husband Paul Young of Principato-Young. Peter Principato and E. Brian Dobbins also produce. Series guest stars include Paul Reubens (Pee-Wee's Playhouse), Will Forte (Saturday Night Live), Anthony Anderson (Barbershop), Justin Long (Dodgeball), and Maya Rudolph (Saturday Night Live).

Snapped, is a true crime series that profiles the fascinating cases of women accused of murder, from the creators of City Confidential, Jupiter Entertainment. The show chronicles the lives of female criminals and attempts to find out what made them snap. Now in its third season, Snapped explores the shocking-but-true stories by examining a diverse array of motives including women who strike back in self defense to protect their children and themselves. By returning to the scene of the crime Snapped tells these women's stories by interviewing law enforcement individuals, family members and sometimes even the accused murderers themselves. Snapped, headed into its fourth season, is Oxygens highest rated original reality series in primetime.

Snapped and Campus Ladies are two very compelling series that are perfectly formulated for this kind of medium. We think they will be a big hit with the iTunes audience, said Geoffrey Darby, President of Production, Oxygen Media. Oxygen has always been on the forefront of new technology, and iTunes is an ideal vehicle to super serve our young audience of women and reach potential new viewers at the same time.
