CBS is going to Rock 'n' (Super) Bowl in February with the Network's coverage of SUPER BOWL XLI and THE 49TH ANNUAL GRAMMY AWARDS.

The month also includes a special post Super Bowl episode of the hit sophomore drama CRIMINAL MINDS, with guest star James van der Beek; the debut of the new relationship comedy RULES OF ENGAGEMENT, starring Oliver Hudson, Bianca Kajlich, Megyn Price, David Spade and Patrick Warburton; the highly anticipated return of the freshman drama JERICHO; the spring premieres of the Network's two franchise reality hits, SURVIVOR and THE AMAZING RACE, and the return of Grissom (William Petersen) to CSI.

Guest starring in CBS series in February are multi-Grammy Award nominated singer Mary J. Blige in GHOST WHISPERER, Grammy Award-nominated Nelly Furtado in CSI: NY, NFL greats Emmitt Smith and Jerry Rice in HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER and THE CLASS, respectively, Brooke Shields, Allison Janney and Morgan Fairchild in TWO AND A HALF MEN, Armand Assante in NCIS and Don Rickles and Academy Award winner Linda Hunt in THE UNIT.

SUPER BOWL'S GREATEST COMMERCIALS 2007 -- Jim Nantz, lead play-by-play announcer of the NFL on CBS, and Daisy Fuentes co-host this new entertainment special that pits 15 of the greatest commercials of all time against "Mean Joe Greene," the reigning "Super Bowls Greatest Commercial" champion for the past five years. The top vote-getters, selected by the audience voting online at CBS.com, will be showcased during the show with the winner going head-to-head with Mean Joe Greene.

THE LATE LATE SHOW WITH CRAIG FERGUSON broadcasts live from Miami following the late local news. This marks the first time the show will go live on the road. The broadcast emanates from The Colony Theater in Miami and will feature interviews with the players and celebrities.

HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER -- When a funeral prevents the gang from watching the Super Bowl live, the group makes a pact not to find out who won before watching the game together the following night. Emmitt Smith, the NFL's all-time leading rushing leader, guest stars as himself.

However, on the day of Clavo's arraignment, a confiscated missile is launched into the courthouse to aid his escape.

SURVIVOR: FIJI -- The 14th season premiere features 19 Americans who begin as one tribe with plenty of supplies and resources on their island to make an exceptionally comfortable camp. On Day Three, the castaways will be split into two tribes, selected by one of their own as a result of events to take place prior to the first Immunity Challenge. The tribe that wins the first Immunity Challenge will return to the camp of plentiful resources, while the losing tribe must relocate to a new island with only a pot, a machete and a water source.
