GAMELOFT ENTERS INTO WORLDWIDE AGREEMENT WITH CBS TO BRING "CSI" FRANCHISE TO MOBILE

Leading Mobile Game Publisher To Bring One Of The World's Most-Watched TV Franchises To Cell Phones

First Game Based on "CSI: Miami" - To Go Live Today in Conjunction with the

Series 6th Season Premiere on CBS

LOS ANGELES and PARIS, September 24, 2007 - Gameloft, a leading developer and publisher of mobile games, announced today a worldwide multi-year, multi-game agreement with CBS Mobile to develop, publish and distribute games based on the hit television series "CSI." The first game, based on "CSI: Miami," will launch in the U.S. today and be available in 140 countries in the months thereafter.

"CSI: Miami" will be developed by Gameloft and CBS Mobile in concert with Anthony Zuiker, Executive Producer and Creator of "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," bringing a high level of involvement and direction from the show's creative auspices. The mobile game will be especially designed to capture the gripping storylines, look, atmosphere and intrigue that infuses each episode of "CSI: Miami."

"We are thrilled to welcome CBS as a partner and look forward to a long term relationship," said Gonzague de Vallois, Vice President, Gameloft. "The CSI franchise set the bar for primetime crime drama television by engaging viewers on all levels. The mobile games will expand the CSI storyline into a fun and interactive experience."

"A mobile game adaptation of a CSI series is the perfect complement for a franchise with a fan base that watches the show with such a high level of engagement and interest in interactivity," said Zuiker. "We are thrilled to join forces with Gameloft and are confident in their expertise to capture the essence of CSI and translate it into a quality mobile game."

"This is a new quality level of cross-platform development. By involving Anthony Zuiker, the creator of CSI, directly in the mobile game development, we will create much more than just a 'brand extension' of the CSI franchise. This is what we call true 'platforming' of content," said Cyriac Roeding, Executive Vice President, CBS Mobile. "Gameloft is one of the best mobile game developers in the world, and we're pleased to add them to our growing list of best in breed partners. Gameloft truly thinks 'mobile' when creating games - that matches CBS Mobile's approach."

The "CSI: Miami" game" will launch with most major carriers today, coinciding with the 6th season premiere of "CSI: Miami" on CBS. The new game will enable players to immerse themselves fully in the "CSI: Miami" drama - allowing them to step into the role of lead investigator, collect evidence at the crime scene and interrogate suspects.

The game can be downloaded directly through AT&T, T-mobile, Sprint and Verizon. By selecting the menu page on your phone and accessing the games folder, you are then able to select "CSI: Miami" to purchase. Follow the onscreen instructions to download the game.
