LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- CBS has dropped "The Ex List" from its Friday schedule.
A repeat of "NCIS" will fill the Friday, 9:00/8:00c hour on October 31. A permanent replacement has not been named.
Said decision comes after "List" posted a series low 1.6 rating among adults 18-49 last week - all despite being sandwiched between the top two draws on the night: "Ghost Whisperer" (2.5 rating) and "NUMB3RS" (2.2 rating).
It's not clear if production will be completed on its 13-episode order. Filming had been underway on its 11th installment, meaning at least six episodes could potentially sit on the shelf.
Last month, executive producer Diane Ruggiero departed the series over creative differences with the network and producer 20th Century Fox Television. Fellow executive producer Rick Eid had since been serving as showrunner.
Segahl Avin, Avi Nir, Mosh Danon and Jonathan Levin also served as executive producers.
