LOS ANGELES (March 23, 2011) - As Hollywood reacts to the death of Elizabeth Taylor, TV Guide Network honors the late actress with an original one-hour special, "Elizabeth Taylor: A Life, A Legacy." The special premieres tonight, Wednesday, March 23rd at 8:00 p.m. ET/PT with an encore airing tomorrow, Thursday, March 24th at 7:00 p.m. ET/PT.

The special looks back at the professional and personal life of the Academy Award (R) winning actress through historical footage and exclusive interviews. Elton John, Sharon Stone, Joan Rivers, as well as biographers Gianni Bozzacchi (Elizabeth Taylor: The Queen and I) and Ellis Amburn (The Most Beautiful Woman in the World: Obsessions, Passions, and Courage of Elizabeth Taylor) discuss her illustrious career, her headline-making marriages and her tireless charity work on behalf of AIDS research.

Eight-time wed Elizabeth Taylor's love life was just as memorable as her film career. Twice married to actor Richard Burton, their romance was named #3 in TV Guide Network's special, "Hollywood's Greatest Love Affairs of All Time" which will rebroadcast tonight at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT.
