TERRA NOVA (FOX) - The network is expected to pick up the options of co-stars Jason O'Mara and Stephen Lang while a decision is made about the show's future. Said contracts are currently set to expire on December 31. Ultimately if FOX wants it back in time for the fall, filming on a second season would have to begin in April to leave enough time for the show's extensive post-production. Additionally, the search is underway for high-level writers to join current executive producers Brannon Braga and Rene Echevarria. (Deadline.com)
UNTITLED KELLY OXFORD PROJECT (NBC, New!) - Calgary blogger/stay-at-home mother of three Kelly Oxford has booked a new single-camera comedy at the Peacock about "a divorcing couple and the wife's overbearing sister who try to raise their families together after the sale of their house falls through." Ira Ungerleider will supervise the Universal Television-based half-hour and executive produce alongside Christina Weiss Lurie, Alan Barnette, Richard Gelb and Dark Toy Entertainment's Karey Burke and Todd Holland. (Deadline.com)
