Sway Calloway to Host LIVE MTV News Special Featuring Interviews with Houston Dating from 1986 to Present

New York, NY (February 15, 2012) - MTV is continuing its celebration of the life and legacy of musical legend Whitney Houston with the premiere of "Whitney Houston: In Her Own Words" on Wednesday, February 15th at 7:30pm ET/PT, a live 30-minute special featuring interview clips of Houston dating back to her network debut in 1986 through her final interview.

MTV News' Sway Calloway will host the show including: personal stories from music celebrities on her impact and, moreover, the voice of Houston herself from the time she entered the limelight through her final appearance on the network. "Whitney Houston: In Her Own Words" will stream simultaneously on MTV.com and be available on-demand immediately following.

In addition, MTV News will continue its coverage of the tragic death of the singer, covering everything from breaking developments to Houston's funeral.
