CHRIS COWAN JOINS BERMANBRAUN TO LEAD UNSCRIPTED TELEVISION AND DIGITAL VIDEO

Santa Monica, Calif. (May 22, 2012) - Chris Cowan has joined independent multi-media company BermanBraun to lead Unscripted Television and oversee all video development and production in its digital unit, including the building of an in house video studio to supply BermanBraun's three you tube channels and multiple premium website brands.

Mr. Cowan, who is a former principal of Rocket Science Laboratories and Angel City Factory, has had a longtime friendship and business relationship with both Ms. Berman and Mr. Braun.

"Chris is one of the best story tellers and producers we have ever worked with", said Ms Berman and Mr. Braun". "We are thrilled to have Chris join our company as the leader for all of our company's unscripted content, regardless of the platform for which it is initially created".

Cowan has produced hundreds of hours of unscripted network and cable television including hits like TEMPTATION ISLAND, JOE MILLIONAIRE, MY BIG FAT OBNOXIOUS FIANCé and his most recent series, MOBBED, a grand-scale hidden camera dance spectacle, produced in partnership Howie Mandel. Now, Mr. Cowan plans to bring his flair for big formats and provocative style to BermanBraun.

"After nearly twenty years of running my own company, it was going to take a pretty unique opportunity for me to join someone else's team and this was it," said Mr. Cowan. "The company that Gail and Lloyd have built occupies one of the most forward thinking positions in the content business today. And they're loaded with talent. To work with creative executives like Gene Stein, Jared Heinke, Paco Vinoly and Mike Weetman, who have been leading BermanBraun's charge in both traditional television and new media platforms, is an amazing proposition."
