TV GUIDE NETWORK PREMIERES THE SECOND SEASON OF ITS ORIGINAL REALITY SERIES "NAIL FILES" ON SUNDAY, AUGUST 19 AT 9:00 P.M. ET/PT

Network Reprises Nationwide Mobile Spa Tour to Bring "Nail Files" Series Star, Katie Cazorla, and Her Salon Experience to Viewers

LOS ANGELES (July 31, 2012) - TV Guide Network announced today that the second season of its highest rated original reality series, "Nail Files," will premiere on Sunday, August 19 at 9:00 p.m. ET/PT followed by the second episode at 9:30 p.m. ET/PT. The network kicks off the new season with a branded mobile spa tour that will bring the series star, Katie Cazorla, and her famous Hollywood salon experience to viewers in 10 cities across the country.

"Nail Files" follows blonde bombshell Katie as she juggles Hollywood's celebrity-filled nail salon and her relationship with fiancé Walter Afanasieff, a Grammy(R) award-winning music legend who's 20 years her senior. In season two, Katie aspires to take The Painted Nail to the next level with its recent expansion that includes a hair and make-up boutique. She also attempts to open a franchise location in Miami and create a line of branded nail accessories for the retail market, all while tending to her celebrity clients and trying to manage her bickering staff.

"In the first season of any show, people are always on their best behavior," said SallyAnn Salsano, executive producer of "Nail Files" and president, 495 Productions. "Coming back for season two of 'Nail Files,' our original cast really lets loose. Katie's business was just getting off the ground in season one. Now, it is super successful, and she has twice as many people on staff, which brings 100 times more drama into her life. The Painted Nail still has the best manicure on the planet, and Katie still has me hanging on every word as I ask myself, 'Did she really say that? Yes she did.'"

The "Nail Files" mobile spa tour will re-create the salon experience of The Painted Nail, which is owned and operated by Katie, a 34-year-old budding entrepreneur. To give viewers a true taste of The Painted Nail, the interior of the tour bus will feature the salon's signature look with soothing lavender walls, overstuffed chairs and shabby chic décor. Mobile spa visitors will receive complimentary manicures featuring Katie's exclusive line of nail polish while getting a sneak peek of the upcoming season of "Nail Files."

The mobile spa will stop at the cities listed below. For an updated tour schedule with times, dates and specific locations, visit the Network's Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/TVGuideNetwork
