NBC to Double Up on "1600 Penn" in March, "Dateline" to Fill Wednesday Hole

LOS ANGELES (thefutoncritic.com) -- NBC will close out the freshman run of "1600 Penn" with additional episodes on March 21 and 28.

The extra originals will air at 8:30/7:30c on said nights (replacing previously announced repeats of "Parks & Recreation"), in addition to its regular 9:30/8:30c airings. In total, all 13 produced episodes will have aired by the month's end.

Earlier today, NBC revealed "Go On" will take over "1600 Penn's" time period beginning April 4.
