LORI LOUGHLIN BEGINS PRODUCTION ON "GARAGE SALE MYSTERY," A HALLMARK MOVIE CHANNEL ORIGINAL WORLD PREMIERE

Hallmark Movie Channel proudly announces the production of, "Garage Sale Mystery," a Hallmark Movie Channel Original World Premiere starring Lori Loughlin ("90210"), Andrew Dunbar ("Arrow"), Rick Ravanello ("Dose of Reality") and Cameron Bancroft ("Supernatural"). "Garage Sale Mystery" is in production in Vancouver, Canada and will premiere on Hallmark Movie Channel on Saturday, August 24 (9p.m. ET/PT, 8C). "Garage Sale Mystery" is based on the novel Garage Sale Stalker by Suzi Weinert the first novel in her series of Garage Sale Mystery books.

Jennifer Shannon (Loughlin) can always find a diamond in the rough - when it comes to garage sales, that is! Whether it's a new antique to sell at her consignment shop, an Atari game for her son or a piece of furniture for her handy husband Jason (Ravanello) to refurbish, she has made a career out of her treasure hunting prowess. When a string of burglaries hits her town, Jennifer's keen eye for detail and her natural problem solving instincts even help her see the connection between these burglaries and the garage sales she frequents! Jennifer works with Detective Adam Iverson (Dunbar) to investigate her theory that the perpetrators of the burglaries are fellow garage sale regulars. The case escalates to dangerous levels when Jennifer discovers the dead body of her friend, and suspects that her death may be related to the burglaries.

With just her treasure hunting skills and problem solving instincts, she finds and pieces together clues to the burglaries and her friend's death. As she gets closer to the truth, however, Jennifer discovers that crime solving can be far more perilous than any garage sale. Can she uncover the "Garage Sale Mystery" before it's too late, or will her investigation create problems that not even Jennifer can solve?
