Local realtors guide the process helping potential buyers to find the perfect place, whether it's a beachside mansion in South Carolina, a cottage at the ocean's edge in Oregon, a bungalow along the shores of Mississippi, or a two-story houseboat anchored in California.

Dirt Cheap Premieres Monday, June 2 at 9:30/8:30c Delaware natives Mike and Emily have their sights set on the Florida Keys. They're in search of a budget-friendly home that fits their family and their boats. Finding an affordable piece of paradise won't be easy, so they're looking on the canals.

Beaches in the Boonies Premieres Monday, June 9 at 9/8c Kelly and Lanny are living the dream in the Florida Keys but they want to upgrade their home from the back roads to beachfront. They'll look at three different style homes with spectacular water views. For this couple, it's all about the place with the right space to party.

Sand Dune Steals Premiers Monday, June 9 at 9:30/8:30c Newlyweds Daniel and Lauren are looking to buy their first home in Nags Head, North Carolina near the beach where they first met and got engaged. Their dream is to live less than 100 steps from the water but budget issues may alter their plans.
