NASHVILLE - June 25, 2014 - Somethin' good hit CMT, MTV and VH1 this morning. The three Viacom Music Group channels today premiered Miranda Lambert and Carrie Underwood's brand new video "Somethin' Bad" in a cross-channel, cross-platform world premiere event at 6 a.m. ET/PT. The video debuted simultaneously across the channels and their corresponding websites CMT.com, MTV.com and VH1.com, reaching more than 100 million viewers across the three networks. The video is now live exclusively at MirandaLambert.CMT.com and CarrieUnderwood.CMT.com. The video can also be found on CMT Artists App, Palladia, and the network's 24/7 digital music channel, CMT Pure. "Somethin' Bad" is the second single from Lambert's record-breaking fifth album, "Platinum."

The video premiere comes on the heels of the powerhouse duo's high-energy performance of "Somethin' Bad" on the 2014 CMT MUSIC AWARDS. CMT also gave fans their first chance to listen to Miranda Lambert's now record-breaking album, "Platinum," with a sneak listen to eight tracks from the album. The stream was promoted across all of CMT, MTV and VH1's digital platforms, and now ranks as the #1 most-streamed album ever on CMT Artists.

"Somethin' Bad" will enter CMT HOT 20 COUNTDOWN on Saturday, June 28 at 11 a.m. ET/PT. The video premiere will be promoted across all of CMT's digital platforms, including CMT.com, CMT App, CMT Mobile, CMT Radio Networks and to the network's more than 11 million social media fans. In addition, CMT and CMT Pure will air triple shots of Miranda and Carrie's videos all morning during scheduled music video hours. MTV and VH1' social media platforms will also promote the premiere.
