HOOLIGAN SQUAD (Adult Swim, New!) - Aaron McGruder ("The Boondocks") has set up another project at the network, a live-action/adventure pilot "about an American insurgency in Japanese occupied San Francisco set in the near future." Said effort is part of a new first-look development deal McGruder has signed with the channel. LEG's Norman Aladjem and R&G Productions' Steven Tzirlin are also on board to executive produce. AND IN OTHER NEWS... - Noël Wells and John Milhiser won't be returning to "Saturday Night Live" this season, joining fellow rookie Brooks Wheelan and the "Mulaney"-bound Nasim Pedrad (Deadline.com); Leslie Hope is bound for FX's "Tyrant" as Lea Exley in the final three episodes of the season (Deadline.com); Raymond J. Barry will visit "The 100" as Dante Wallace, "a passionate painter and leader" (Deadline.com); "American Crime" creator John Ridley has inked an overall deal with ABC Studios (Deadline.com); Elizabeth Rodriguez is bound for "Grimm" as "one of four FBI agents assigned to investigate the recent homicide of Weston (C.
