"Christopher Titus: The Angry Pursuit of Happiness" Available May 10 in the Comedy Central App

NEW YORK, May 4, 2015 - Christopher Titus returns to Comedy Central with the uncensored world television premiere of "Christopher Titus: The Angry Pursuit of Happiness" debuting on Saturday, May 9 at Midnight ET/PT.

In Christopher Titus' sixth stand-up special, he sticks to simple subjects, like how to solve all of the world's problems, giving his own eulogy and his father's erectile dysfunction.

Leading up to the on-air premiere, Comedy Central Stand-Up will feature preview clips from the special. Fans can follow Titus on Twitter at @TitusNation, and tweet using the hashtag #AngryPursuitofHappiness to join the social chatter around the special.

"Christopher Titus: The Angry Pursuit of Happiness" will be available on May 10 in the Comedy Central App to fans that sign in via their cable or satellite provider. The Comedy Central app is available for free for iOS on the App Store, on Chromecast, for Android on the Google Play store, and for Xbox One.

The extended and uncensored version of "Christopher Titus: The Angry Pursuit of Happiness" will be available for download on iTunes, Amazon Instant Video, Xbox Video, Sony Entertainment Network, Vudu and Google Play. The digital album also will be available on iTunes, Amazon MP3, Google Play, Spotify and all streaming services.

Employing what he has labeled "hard funny," Titus has released six ninety-minute albums in as many years. He has five one-hour comedy specials currently running on Comedy Central. After years of experimentation with dark and personal storytelling, he debuted his first one-man show "Norman Rockwell is Bleeding" at the Hudson Theater in Los Angeles. It was from this performance that the dark comedy "Titus" was born on Fox. The show earned him a Writer's Guild nomination as well as an Emmy(R) nomination, and Newsday called him "TV's most original voice since Seinfeld." "Norman Rockwell is Bleeding" (released on CD in 2008) paved the way for Titus' future comedy albums/specials "The Fifth Annual End of the World Tour" (2007), "Love is Evol" (2009), "Neverlution" (2011) and "The Voice in my Head" (2013).

In 2013, Titus formed his own production company, Combustion World Industries, and produced his own comedy special "Voice In My Head." Fans can catch Titus weekly on his "never unbiased, always unbalanced" podcast "The Titus Podcast." Titus is currently performing his newest one-man show, "Born With a Defect," to sold out theaters across the country.

"Christopher Titus: The Angry Pursuit of Happiness" is executive produced by Titus and Rachel Bradley.
