OUTRAGE (USA, New!) - Laura Marks has set up a potential drama at the cable channel which "explores what happens when a TV talk show host who acts as judge, jury and executioner, is suddenly the prime suspect in a murder." Elizabeth Guber Stephen will also executive produce for Fox 21 TV Studios. (Deadline.com)
AND IN OTHER NEWS... - Shalita Grant's Sonja Percy and Daryl "Chill" Mitchell's Patton Plame have both been named series regulars on "NCIS: New Orleans" (Deadline.com); and Elizabeth Guber Stephen has inked an overall deal with Warner Bros. Television, where she'll develop potential projects, including a limited series based on Michael Armstrong's book "They Wished They Were Honest: The Knapp Commission and New York City Police Corruption" (Deadline.com).
