BRAVO MEDIA BREAKS A SWEAT WITH NEW DOCU-SERIES "WORK OUT NEW YORK" PREMIERING TUESDAY, AUGUST 18 AT 10PM ET/PT

NEW YORK - July 8, 2015 - It's survival of the fittest this summer as Bravo Media premieres its new docu-series "Work Out New York" on Tuesday, August 18 at 10p.m ET/PT. The series goes inside the sexy and exclusive world of elite fitness training in New York City. Following the lives of a group of the city's hottest trainers, Lindsey Clayton, Joe Lazo, Layla Luciano, Lena Marti, Noah Neiman, Courtney Paul and Holly Rilinger, the series sheds light on a group of high-end personal trainers, where competition for landing top clientele tests even the deepest of friendships. From rivalries to romance, these friends and colleagues know they can't be afraid to break a sweat to make their dreams of success come true. With the landscape of the fitness world changing at lightning speed, the trainers can't miss a beat or they may find themselves trying to catch up. The battle for who is on top never ends and if they can't keep their professional jealousies, disagreements and romances in check, the group's intensity level could go sky high. "Work Out New York" trainers include:

Lindsey Clayton: Exploding onto the fitness scene three years ago, Lindsey has quickly made a name for herself. With certifications in group fitness and personal training from AFAA, TRX, Jillian Michaels Bodyshred, Urban Rebounding and specialties in pre/post natal, Lindsey is able to offer her clients a wide range of customized services. Currently an elite trainer at Barry's Bootcamp, Lindsey's classes are structured to challenge her clients and help them break through walls both physically and mentally.

Joe Lazo: For the past four years, Joe has worked at some of New York City's top fitness clubs, including New York's David Barton Gym and Complete Body, and has made a point of educating himself in myriad disciplines in order to develop the workout his clients have come to depend on. Joe currently holds five certifications, in ACE, NCCPT, CrossFit Level 1, CrossFit Movement & Mobility and CrossFit Kettlebell Trainer. Prior to delving into the fitness world, he modeled for A-list brands including Calvin Klein, Hugo Boss, Y-3 and DSquared. Lazo's signature workout combines elements of CrossFit, Muay Thai and functional mobility and movement to give his demanding clients - many of whom come from the upper levels of the business and entertainment world - the sort of world-class workout they need.

Layla Luciano: Layla Luciano is a celebrity trainer and group fitness instructor at Barry's Bootcamp where she creates all of her own unique routines. With over 19 years of martial arts training and a third degree black belt in karate, Layla is known for her high-intensity, exhilarating workouts in both her group fitness classes and with her personal clients. She strives to give her students the strength and energy to be the best version of themselves and the love to improve their mind, body and spirit. Her teaching style is hardcore, no nonsense yet sassy, fun and full of energy.

Lena Marti: Part Italian, part Puerto Rican, Lena "Lee" Marti was born and raised in Queens, New York. Excelling in multiple dance disciplines since the age of eight, Lee decided to pursue a career in the fitness world a little over a decade ago, inspiring others to actively realize their own potential. Motivating first by example, Coach Lee preaches discipline, work ethic and self-awareness by encouraging her clients to look beyond purely physical goals. Lee's efforts have been rewarded with positions at Equinox and Crunch gyms in addition to recently joining Orange Theory Fitness. Currently, she is completing requisites of master trainer status, the most distinguished level of fitness certification.

Noah Neiman: Exploding onto the New York City fitness scene in early 2011, in three short years, Noah has made his presence known. Starting out in the elite NYC fitness scene as a trainer at Barry's Bootcamp, Noah was able to showcase his unique talents, personality, and passion for empowering others to the most discerning of fitness clientele. In addition to training at Barry's Bootcamp, Noah is also a Nike endorsed trainer/fitness personality, hosting many charitable, media events, and product activations for a brand he has loved since childhood.

Courtney Paul: For over a decade, Courtney has set the standard for the New York fitness industry. He is licensed with the National Council for Certified Personal Trainer and has developed dietary routines and advanced fitness curriculum for high-end sports clubs including David Barton Gym, Boot Camp Republic and Barry's Bootcamp where he has taught his die-hard clients to sprint, squat, and strengthen their bodies and their souls for the past three years. Courtney believes that strength does not exist without both physical and mental endurance. In each of his classes, he uses visualization techniques, body sculpting moves, and positive reinforcement to encourage clients to push past physical limitations.

Holly Rilinger: Coach, trainer and 10-year veteran of the fitness world, Holly delivers doses of inspiration bundled up in high intensity sweat sessions. A Nike Master Trainer, Flywheel Sports Master Trainer, Certified Personal Trainer and Group X Instructor with numerous certifications, Rilinger channels the same drive and discipline it took for her to make it as a professional basketball player internationally, into every one of her clients.
