MOLE, THE (Netflix, New!) - The streamer has commissioned a new 10-episode take on the Belgian competition series in which "twelve players work together in challenges to add money to a pot that only one of them will win at the end. Among the players is one person who has secretly been designated "the Mole" and tasked with sabotaging the group's money-making efforts. In the end, one player will outlast their competition and expose the Mole to win the prize pot." Eureka Productions' Chris Culvenor, Paul Franklin, Wes Dening, Rikkie Proost, David Tibballs and David Burris are the executive producers. (Deadline.com)

STATION 19 (ABC) - Zoanne Clack has been named executive producer and head writer of the upcoming sixth season. She'll take over from Kiley Donovan, who will continue as a co-executive producer on its parent series, "Grey's Anatomy." Krista Vernoff remains showrunner of both series. Netflix Declines to Raise Offer for Warner Bros.
"The transaction we negotiated would have created shareholder value with a clear path to regulatory approval. However, we've always been disciplined, and at the price required to match Paramount Skydance's latest offer, the deal is no longer financially attractive, so we are declining to match the Paramount Skydance bid," said co-CEOs Ted Sarandos and Greg Peters.
