THE "82ND ANNUAL GOLDEN GLOBE(R) AWARDS" TO AIR SUNDAY, JAN. 5, 2025, ON CBS

April 2, 2024 - LOS ANGELES - CBS and The Golden Globe(R) Awards announced today that the 82ND ANNUAL GOLDEN GLOBE(R) AWARDS, the first major awards show of the season, will air Sunday, Jan. 5, 2025 (8:00-11:00 PM, live ET/5:00-8:00 PM, live PT) on the CBS Television Network, and streaming on Paramount+ in the U.S. (live and on-demand for Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscribers, or on-demand for Paramount+ Essential subscribers the day after the special airs)*. The January 2025 broadcast begins a five-year deal to broadcast the awards show on CBS.

Nominations for The Golden Globe Awards will be announced on Monday, Dec. 9.

The Golden Globe Awards, often referred to as Hollywood's "Biggest Party of the Year(R)," is a major night on the calendar for live viewing. It is also the largest awards show in the world to celebrate the best of both film and television.
