BRAVO'S "TIM GUNN'S GUIDE TO STYLE" SERIES PREMIERE DELIVERS A 134% INCREASE OVER THE TIME PERIOD AVERAGE
"Tim Gunn's Guide to Style" Premiere Attracts Nearly One Million Total Viewers
NEW YORK � September 7, 2007 �Bravo's highly anticipated series premiere of "Tim Gunn's Guide to Style" delivered an explosive 134 percent increase over the 10 p.m. time period average in total viewers (vs. 3Q07) and 111 percent increase in the key adult 18-49 demographic, according to Nielsen Media Research.
Last night's 10 p.m. premiere which drew nearly one million total viewers featured Gunn and fashion accomplice Veronica Webb, who turned style challenged Rebecca from "one of the guys" into a sophisticated woman. The hour-long show attracted 982,000 total viewers (up from the third quarter average of 419,000) and 571,000 adults 18-49 (vs. 271,000 in 3Q07).
Additionally, www.BravoTV.com's "Guide to Style" microsite enjoyed a 230 percent overnight increase in page views and 203 percent rise in daily uniques since the show premiered, according to Omniture 2007.
In next week's episode of "Tim Gunn's Guide to Style," Gunn and Webb are sent to aid JeAnne in finding her inner fashion diva. After losing over a 100 pounds, she has no clue how to dress or shop for herself. JeAnne struggles with being comfortable in her new skin, but with Gunn and Webb by her side, she goes from drab to fab (Thursday, September 13 at 10:00 PM ET/PT). On www.BravoTV.com, users will be able to further utilize the style knowledge gained from "Tim Gunn's Guide to Style" with an interactive "dress up" game and a "get this look" feature.
