Oxygen Records Best November Ever with Double Digit Growth and Pacing for Best Year Ever

Oxygen.com Achieves 663% Growth Over November 2007

NEW YORK - December 2, 2008 - Oxygen celebrates ratings successes this month, with November becoming the network's best ever, based on Nielsen Media Research data. This was the best November ever for the network on all key demos: W18-49, P18-49, W18-34, and total viewers. The network is on target to celebrate its best year ever. Year to date, the network is experiencing double digit growth for primetime across all key demos.

In primetime for the month, Oxygen averaged 130,000 W18-49 viewers (up13% vs. November 2007), 178,000 P18-49 viewers (up 11%), 69,000 W18-34 (up 35%), and 342,000 total viewers (up 9%).

Oxygen is currently on pace to celebrate its best year ever. In primetime, the network exceeds full year 2007 results in key demos: by 35% among W18-49 (153,000 vs. 113,000), 35% on P18-49 (211,000 vs. 157,000), 25% for W18-34 (74,000 vs. 59,000), and 30% on a Total Viewer basis (388,000 vs. 299,000).

Oxygen's digital properties saw gains this month as well, with www.oxygen.com notching its best November ever in page views. For November, the site is up 663% compared to last November with 9.8 million page views and up 71% on video streams, with 774,000 streams.

Contributing to this month's success was the new series "Coolio's Rules" as well as the Oxygen original move, "Center Stage: Turn it Up." Oxygen notched its best Friday primetime ever among W18-49 (242,000) and W18-34 (193,000) during an encore of the movie on November 14. The night was also saw Oxygen's youngest median audience ever (24.4) for a Friday primetime.
