CBS Continues as Only Network Up for the Season in all Key Measures

CBS Has 7 of the Week's Top 10 Scripted Programs Led by "CSI" and "Criminal Minds"

CBS Reality Hits Shine as "Survivor: Tocantins" and "The Amazing Race" Sweep Time Periods in all Key Measures

CBS placed first in viewers for the eighth consecutive week (and 25 of 31 this season) and continues as the only network posting season-to-date gains in all key measures, according to Nielsen live plus same day ratings for the week ending April 26, week 31 of the 2008-2009 television season.

CBS had seven of the top 10 scripted series - CSI, CRIMINAL MINDS 10:00 PM SPECIAL, NCIS 9:00 PM SPECIAL (R) (S), THE MENTALIST 10PM SPECIAL (R) (S), TWO AND A HALF MEN, RULES OF ENGAGEMENT and COLD CASE

CBS's reality hits continued their time period supremacy as SURVIVOR: TOCANTINS swept its Thursday time slot and THE AMAZING RACE 14 won its time slot in viewers, adults 25-54 and adults 18-49 for the fourth consecutive broadcast.

For the season, CBS is the only network posting year-to-year increases in all key measures: +12% in viewers, +7% in adults 18-49 and +8% in adults 25-54.

For the week in viewers: CBS (9.21m), FOX (8.55m), ABC (8.10m) and NBC (6.03m). Season-to-date, CBS is first in viewers (11.76m), ahead of FOX (9.69m), ABC (8.88m) and NBC (7.97m).

For the week in households: CBS (5.9/10), ABC (5.3/09), FOX (5.2/09) and NBC (3.9/07). In households, season-to-date, CBS is first (7.3/12), ahead of FOX (5.7/09), ABC (5.6/09) and NBC (4.9/08).

For the week in key demographics: CBS was tied for second in adults 25-54 (3.0/08, with ABC) and averaged a 2.3/07 in adults 18-49. Season-to-date, CBS is first in adults 25-54 (4.1/10, tie with FOX) and second in adults 18-49 (3.2/08).

? RULES OF ENGAGEMENT was first in viewers (10.59m, +720,000 ahead of "Surviving Suburbia"), adults 25-54 (4.6/10) and adults 18-49 (3.8/09).

? CRIMINAL MINDS 10:00 PM SPECIAL was first in households (8.9/15), viewers (13.72m), adults 25-54 (4.6/11) and adults 18-49 (3.5/10). CRIMINAL MINDS 10PM SPECIAL beat the competition combined in households (vs. 7.5/12, +19%), viewers (vs. 10.83m, +27%), adults 25-54 (vs. 4.1/11, +12%) and adults 18-34 (vs. 3.2/09, +9%).

? SURVIVOR: TOCANTINS was first in households (6.8/12), viewers (11.30m), adults 25-54 (4.5/13) and adults 18-49 (3.5/11).

? CSI: CRIME SCENE INVESTIGATION was first in households (9.2/15), viewers (14.64m), second in both adults 25-54 (4.9/11) and adults 18-49 (3.7/09).

? GHOST WHISPERER was first in households (6.1/12), viewers (9.23m), adults 25-54 (3.1/10) and adults 18-49 (2.2/08).

? FLASHPOINT was first in households (5.3/10), viewers (8.19m), adults 25-54 (2.2/07) and adults 18-49 (1.6/05).
