MEDIA ALERT: "SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE"

Season 51 was #1 among all broadcast comedy series in the 18-49 demo and #2 among all entertainment series.

This is the 7th consecutive season that "SNL" has been #1 in 18-49 among all comedy series.

The season was #2 in total viewers among all broadcast entertainment series.

Season 51 was +6% vs. S49 in total viewers and +5% vs. S48. (Note: Excluding the show's special 50th anniversary season.)

The most-watched telecast of the season across all platforms was 10.1 million viewers on Dec. 20 with host Ariana Grande and musical guest Cher.

The most-watched telecast on Peacock was the Oct. 4 season premiere with host Bad Bunny and musical guest Doja Cat.

The telecast with the most social views was also Dec. 20 with host Ariana Grande and musical guest Cher.

The May 17 season finale with host Will Ferrell and musical guest Paul McCartney saw a 9% increase in total viewers compared to the 2025 season finale.

Video views for entire 2025-26 season were 8.2 billion, a 98% increase over the previous season (4.2 billion).

The most-viewed sketch of the season across social platforms was "El Chavo Del Ocho" on the Oct. 4 season premiere.
