FOX Dominates The Week, Closes In On CBS This Fall

FOX DOMINATES THE WEEK, CLOSES IN ON CBS THIS FALL

FOX made meaningful gains on its competitors this past week, moving solidly into second place for the Fall and closing the gap with CBS down to two tenths of a ratings point (3.1 vs. 3.3).

FOX dominated the week at No. 1 among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Total Viewers, thanks to strong performances by GLEE's Rocky Horror episode, a Halloween-themed installment of RAISING HOPE, and four MLB WORLD SERIES games. FOX posted a 3.7/11 for the week - the highest Live + Same Day weekly rating for any network this season - and outperformed the next highest rated network (CBS) by +42%.

Key weekly highlights:

· FOX won Tuesday night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens with a Halloween-themed night of GLEE and RAISING HOPE.

· Coming back with an original episode, GLEE delivered a 4.9/13 and grew +4% among Adults 18-49 versus its most recent original (4.7/13 on 10/12/10).

· GLEE was once again the highest rated program of the night among Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 and Teens - as it has been on all five Tuesdays on which FOX aired original episodes

· At 9p RAISING HOPE also returned with an original and delivered a 2.5/7 among Adults 18-49, right in line with its last original telecast (2.5/6 on 10/12/10). RAISING HOPE ranked No. 1 among Adults 18-34 and Teens.

· FOX also ranked No. 1 on Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday with MLB WORLD SERIES GAMES 1, 2 and 3, and posted a solid GAME 4 on Sunday.

· WORLD SERIES GAME 1: TEXAS AT SAN FRANCISCO from 7:53-11:36p posted a 4.7/14 among Adults 18-49.

· WORLD SERIES GAME 2: TEXAS AT SAN FRANCISCO from 7:53-11:06p posted a 4.0/12 among Adults 18-49.

· MLB WORLD SERIES GAME 3: SAN FRANCISCO AT TEXAS posted a 2.9/11 among Adults 18-49 from 6:54-9:52p.

· WORLD SERIES GAME 4: SAN FRANCISCO AT TEXAS from 8:18-11:32p posted a 4.3/11 among Adults 18-49.
