For the 3rd Straight Week, The Walt Disney Company Owns 3 of Cable's Top 4 Networks in Prime in Total Viewers with ESPN, ABC Family and Disney Channel

Continuing to benefit from a record-pacing "25 Days of Christmas" programming event, ABC Family stood as cable's No. 1 network in Prime among Women 18-34 and Women 18-49 for the 3rd consecutive week, while achieving solid No. 3 ranks in Total Viewers (2.47 million), Adults 18-34 (608,000/0.9 rating), Adults 18-49 (1.09 million/0.8 rating) and Viewers 12-34 (875,000/0.9 rating).

Impressively, for the 3rd consecutive week The Walt Disney Company owned 3 of cable's Top 4 networks in Prime in Total Viewers: ESPN (No. 1 - 3.03 million), ABC Family (No. 3 - 2.47 million) and Disney Channel (No. 4 - 2.33 million).

· "25 Days of Christmas 2010" continues to pace at record-setting levels across most key demos: Total Viewers (2.80 million), Adults 18-34 (674,000), Women 18-34 (426,000), Adults 18-49 (1.24 million), Viewers 12-34 (954,000) and Females 12-34 (602,000).

· From 7:00 - 10:00 p.m., ABC Family is cable's No. 1 network among Women 18-34, Women 18-49 and Females 12-34, and No. 2 in Adults 18-34 and Adults 18-49.

· Versus the first 19 nights in 2009, "25 Days of Christmas 2010" is up by double-digit percent margins across the board, including by 18% in Total Viewers (2.80 million vs. 2.38 million), by 15% in Adults 18-49 (1.24 million vs. 1.08 million) and by 17% in Women 18-49 (763,000 vs. 654,000).
