Driven by hits On the Case with Paula Zahn, I (Almost) Got Away With It and Disappeared,ID will close 2010 as the fastest growing cable network in prime in P2+, HH, P/W 25-54 and 18-49 for the year to date (12/28/09-12/19/10 vs. 12/29/08-12/27/09). Premieres of multiple series are delivering more than 500k P2+ year-to-date, including I (Almost) Got Away with It (593k), Who the (Bleep) Did I Marry?(548k), On the Case with Paula Zahn(533k), Disappeared(529k) and The Will: Family Secrets Revealed (502k), fueling ID to post significant year-over-year prime growth:

P2+ +63% (356k vs. 218k)

HH +64% (288k vs. 176k)

P25-54 +63% (176k vs. 108k)

W25-54 +68% (111k vs. 66k)

P18-49 +66% (141k vs. 85k)

W18-49 +71% (89k vs. 52k)

ID, available in 70 million homes, ranks among the Top 30 of ALL ad-supported cable networks 4Q10 to-date (9/27/10-12/19/10) on the following nights: Mon (#28 P25-54; #28 W25-54), Tue (#30 W25-54), Thu (#29 W25-54), Sat (#29 W25-54) and Sun (#28 W25-54). 4Q10 to-date will also mark ID's best quarter ever in prime in P2+ (429k), HH (343k), P25-54 (216k), W25-54 (137k), P18-49 (176k) and W18-49 (111k) delivery.

ID is on track to deliver 8 consecutive quarters of year-over-year prime growth in P2+, HH, P/W 25-54 delivery. For 2010 YTD, ID is projected to post its best year ever in P2+ (356k), HH (288k) P25-54 (176k), W25-54 (111k), P18-49 (141k) and W18-49 (89k) delivery, with each night of the week posting strong P25-54 double-digit delivery gains vs. 2009 (Mon, +58%; Tue, +96%; Wed, +52%; Thu, +59%; Fri, +75%; Sat, +54%; Sun, +51%).

ID was also the #1 distribution gainer in ad supported cable in 2010, adding nearly 15 million subscribers (+27%) and ending the year in 70 million homes.

ID programming highlights for 2010 include:

I (Almost) Got Away With It (12/7) garnered the network's best telecast ever in P25-54 (425k), driving ID to score its best prime ever in P2+ (669k), beating History, TRU, Lifetime, Oxygen, A&E, VH1, Hallmark, Lifetime Movie Network and National Geographic Channel in P25-54 delivery during the 10 p.m. time period. On average, second season premieres of I (Almost) Got Away With It are out-delivering Lifetime, Oxygen, Hallmark, Lifetime Movie Network, National Geographic Channel, VH1, E! and WE during the Tue timeslot in P25-54 (343k).

"Black Widows Week" (11/22-11/28) was ID's best week ever in prime in P25-54 (247k) and W25-54 (153k), outperforming Lifetime Movie Network, VH1, National Geographic Channel and WE in W25-54.

Season 3 premiere of On the Case With Paula Zahn (11/7) was ID's best season premiere for a returning series in P25-54 (364k).
