CBS WINS TUESDAY IN VIEWERS
"NCIS" Wins Its Time Period in Viewers and Adults 25-54
"The Good Wife" Posts Its Best Adult 18-49 Rating Since October
CBS won Tuesday in viewers led by time period-winning NCIS and the best adult 18-49 rating for THE GOOD WIFE since October, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for May 3.
NCIS was first in households (10.8/17), viewers (17.32m) and adults 25-54 (4.9/13); it was second in adults 18-49 (3.5/10, -0.1 behind FOX).
NCIS: LOS ANGELES was second in households (8.7/13), viewers (14.05m), tied for second in adults 18-49 (2.9/07, with ABC) and averaged a 3.9/09 in adults 25-54.
THE GOOD WIFE was first in households (8.1/13) and second in viewers (12.26m), adults 25-54 (3.4/08) and adults 18-49 (2.4/06). Compared to the last first-run episode (on April 12, 2011), THE GOOD WIFE was up +9% in households (from 7.4/12), +10% in adults 25-54 (from 3.1/08), +20% in adults 18-49 (from 2.0/05) and added +1.21m viewers (from 11.05m, +11%). This was its best adult 18-49 delivery since Oct. 26, 2010, and its best viewer delivery since Jan. 11, 2011.
CBS was first in households (9.2/14) and viewers (14.54m); the Network was second in both adults 25-54 (4.1/10) and adults 18-49 (2.9/08).
