Sunday's Broadcast Ratings: NFL Overrun Sparks FOX's Animated Lineup

Here are the highlights of the 17 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night:

FOX (13.676 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 5.6, #1) got a big boost on Sunday thanks to its "NFL Overrun" (33.938 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 12.1, #1) and "The OT" (19.286 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 7.6, #2) followed by originals from "The Simpsons" (9.648 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 4.4, #3), "Bob's Burgers" (6.518 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 3.1, #T5), "Family Guy" (7.095 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 3.5, #4) and "American Dad" (5.574 million viewers, #14; adults 18-49: 2.8, #8).

NBC (6.434 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 2.2, #2) then claimed the silver with the Sunday bows of "Dateline NBC" (5.900 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 1.5, #12) and "The Biggest Loser" (6.968 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 2.9, #7).

Next up was ABC (5.454 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.8, #3) with a repeat of "Once Upon a Time" (3.385 million viewers, #15; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T16) followed by originals from "Once Upon a Time" (9.037 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 3.1, #T5), "Revenge" (6.997 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 2.3, #9) plus new episodes of "Happy Endings" (2.566 million viewers, #16; adults 18-49: 1.0, #15) and "Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23" (2.231 million viewers, #17; adults 18-49: 0.9, #T16).

And finally, a new "60 Minutes" (9.518 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 1.4, #13), a repeat of "Person of Interest" (8.429 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 1.3, #14) and the return of "The Good Wife" (9.985 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.8, #11) and "The Mentalist" (10.730 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 2.1, #10) on CBS (9.665 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.7, #4) closed out the night.
