Here are the highlights of the 18 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night:
CBS (16.709 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 2.9, #1) was the top draw on Tuesday with originals from "NCIS" (21.825 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 3.7, #1), "NCIS: Los Angeles" (17.189 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 3.1, #2) and "Vegas" (11.116 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.9, #4).
FOX (3.750 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 1.8, #2) then claimed the silver with fresh installments of "Raising Hope" (3.853 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 1.7, #T5), another "Raising Hope" (3.382 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 1.5, #T8), "New Girl" (4.658 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 2.5, #3) and "The Mindy Project" (3.106 million viewers, #14; adults 18-49: 1.7, #T5).
Next up was NBC (4.564 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.3, #T3) and its mix of "Betty White's Off Their Rockers" (5.176 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 1.4, #10) - its season low, another "Betty White's Off Their Rockers" (5.267 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.5, #T8), "Go On" (3.864 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 1.2, #T13) - a new series low, "The New Normal" (3.118 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 1.1, #16) - likewise a new series low - and a special "Dateline NBC" (4.979 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 1.3, #T11).
Meanwhile, ABC (3.618 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.3, #T3) offered up week two of "The Taste" (4.790 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 1.6, #7) plus new episodes of "Happy Endings" (2.906 million viewers, #15; adults 18-49: 1.2, #T13) and another "Happy Endings" (2.843 million viewers, #16; adults 18-49: 1.3, #T11) as well as a rebroadcast of "Jimmy Kimmel Live" (3.190 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 1.2, #T13).
And finally, originals from "Hart of Dixie" (1.326 million viewers, #18; adults 18-49: 0.5, #17) and "Emily Owens, MD" (1.360 million viewers, #17; adults 18-49: 0.4, #18) on The CW (1.343 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.5, #5) closed out the night.
In the netlet's target demo (women 18-34), "Dixie" delivered a 0.7 rating while "Emily" posted a 0.6 rating.

* From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET Wednesday night, ABC's "Nightline"
averaged a 1.3/4 in metered-market households and a 0.4/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.
* From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" (1.4/5
in metered-market households) beat CBS's "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" (1.3/5). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.5/4 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.3/2).
* At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.9/4 in
metered-market households and a 0.3/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.

FOX (7.50 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 3.2, #1) snagged the top spot among adults 18-49 thanks to new episodes of "Glee" (9.02 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 3.6, #1), "New Girl" (7.24 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 3.5, #2) and "Raising Hope" (4.69 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 2.1, #T3).
CBS (10.62 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.7, #2) then remained the most-watched network despite its all-repeat lineup of "NCIS" (12.90 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 2.0, #5), "NCIS: Los Angeles" (11.10 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.7, #T7) and "Unforgettable" (7.85 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.4, #10).
