During the week of May 27, 2013, ABC's season premiere of "The Bachelorette" finished among the week's Top 10 series in Adults 18-49 (No. 8), while "The Bachelorette," (No. 15) "Rookie Blue" (No. 16) and "Motive" (No. 19) each placed among the Top 20 most-watched TV series overall. ABC's "Motive" was the week's No. 1 new summer show in viewers and young adults.

Monday

With the 9th season premiere of "The Bachelorette" and "20/20 with Barbara Walters," ABC finished a strong second during primetime on Memorial Day in viewers (5.9 million) and young adults (1.7/5) to NBC with "The Voice" and "Revolution."

· Growing year to year in viewers (+11%) and young adults (+13%), the Net delivered its strongest summer Monday since July - since 7/9/12 and 7/16/12, respectively.

"The Bachelorette" (8:00-10:01 p.m.)

Taking second place to "The Voice" head to head and gaining audience throughout its broadcast, ABC's season opener of "The Bachelorette" was up over the show's performance on Memorial Day last year in Total Viewers (+3% - 6.0 million vs. 5.8 million), and held even in Adults 18-49 (1.9/5). Note: In recent seasons "The Bachelorette" has premiered coming straight out of "Dancing with the Stars," so direct comparisons to last year's post-"Dancing" premiere are not valid. In addition this is the first time the ABC unscripted show has aired opposite "The Voice."

· "The Bachelorette" delivered ABC's best summer numbers in the time period since July 16, 2012.

· "The Bachelorette" opener generated 255,552 tweets, surging 196% over last year's premiere (86,205 on 5/14/12) and making it the most social series during primetime on Memorial Day.

"20/20 with Barbara Walters - Bringing Up Baby: Royal Edition" (10:01-11:00 p.m.)

During the 10 o'clock hour, "20/20 with Barbara Walters - Bringing Up Baby: Royal Edition" earned second place versus NBC's "The Voice"-led "Revolution" and CBS' "Hawaii Five-0" in Total Viewers (5.6 million), Adults 18-49 (1.3/3) and Adults 25-54 (1.6/4).

· The ABC newsmagazine improved its hour from the year-ago night by double-digit percentages in Total Viewers (+33%), Adults 18-49 (+63%) and Adults 25-54 (+33%).

Tuesday

"Extreme Weight Loss" (8:00-10:00 p.m.)

Moving from Sunday to Tuesday this season, ABC's season opener of "Extreme Weight Loss" gained young adult audience during each half-hour from 8:00-10:00 p.m., building by 18% from start to finish (1.1/4 to 1.3/4) despite facing NBC's "The Voice" and the second hour of a 2-hour "So You Think You Can Dance" on Fox from 9:00-10:00 p.m.

· The show was up from last season's finale by 17% in Total Viewers (4.2 million vs. 3.6 million) and held even in Adults 18-49 (1.2/3), delivering the series' most-watched telecast and equaling its top young adult number since early July 2012 - since 7/8/12 and 7/15/12, respectively. In addition, "Extreme Weight Loss" drew the Net's biggest non-sports summertime audience in the time period in nearly 1 year and its top Adult 18-49 number since July 2012 - since 6/5/12 and 7/10/12, respectively.

"Body of Proof" (10:00-11:00 p.m.)

ABC's finale of "Body of Proof" was the No. 1 series in the 10 o'clock hour with Total Viewers (7.6 million) and Adults 25-54 (1.8/4), beating CBS' debut of "Brooklyn D.A." (4.7 million and 1.4/3).

Wednesday

"ABC's The Lookout" (10:00-11:00 p.m.)

During the 10 o'clock hour, "ABC's The Lookout" opened as Wednesday's No. 1 series debut among Adults 18-49, outdelivering CBS' 8:00-9:00 p.m. debut of "The American Baking Competition" by 10% (1.1/3 vs. 1.0/3).

· "The Lookout" was up from the Net's debut of "Final Witness" in the hour last summer (on 6/27/12) by 10% in Adults 18-49 (1.1/3 vs. 1.0/3) and by 7% in Adults 25-54 (1.5/4 vs. 1.4/4).

Thursday

During Thursday's 8 o'clock hour, ABC's "Wipeout" grew for the 2nd straight week in Total Viewers (+7%) to deliver its most-watched telecast on the night this season. From 8:00-9:00 p.m., the ABC unscripted series outdelivered NBC's back-to-back telecasts of "Save Me" by 2.3 million viewers (4.5 million vs. 2.2 million) and by 50% in Adults 18-49 (1.2/4 vs. 0.8/2).

"Motive" (9:00-10:01 p.m.)

Thursday's No. 1 new show, ABC's "Motive" once again built on its lead-in at 9:00 p.m. among viewers (+27%), beating Fox's "Hell's Kitchen"-boosted "Does Someone Have to Go?" by 3.1 million viewers (5.7 million vs. 2.6 million) and 20% in young adults (1.2/3 vs. 1.0/3).

"Rookie Blue" (10:01-11:00 p.m.)

The most-watched series in Thursday's 10 o'clock hour for the 2nd week in a row, ABC's "Rookie Blue" defeated NBC's just-renewed "Hannibal" by wide margins in Total Viewers (+146% - 5.9 million vs. 2.4 million), Adults 25-54 (+45% - 1.6/4 vs. 1.1/3) and Adults 18-49 (+20% - 1.2/4 vs. 1.0/3). "Rookie Blue" retained 100% of its week-earlier season opener in Adults 18-49, while growing over its premiere with Women 18-34 (+10%) and Women 25-54 (+5%). In addition, the ABC drama built its overall audience from the same night last year (+4% - 5.9 million vs. 5.7 million).

Friday

"What Would You Do?" (9:00-10:00 p.m.)

From 9:00-10:00 p.m., ABC's season premiere of "What Would You Do?" was up over its performance in the hour on the same night last year by 8% in Total Viewers (3.9 million vs. 3.6 million), by 18% in Adults 18-49 (1.3/5 vs. 1.1/4) and by 23% in Adults 25-54 (1.6/5 vs. 1.3/4).

"20/20" (10:00-11:00)

During the 10 o'clock hour, ABC's "20/20" ranked No. 1 with Adults 18-49 (1.3/4), beating NBC's competing newsmagazine ("Rock Center with Brian Williams" = 1.2/4) by 8%, and growing week to week by 18% (1.1/4 on 5/24/13).
