NATIONAL NIELSEN RATINGS FOR THE WEEK OF AUGUST 26 - SEPTEMBER 1, 2013

As summer comes to a close, FOX ranked No. 2 for the week among Adults 18-34 and No. 4 among Adults 18-49. MASTERCHEF served up another nightly win among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34 and was the highest-rated program of the night in the demo. Also, FOX has ranked No. 1 among Adults 18-49 for 12 of the last 15 Wednesdays since MASTERCHEF premiered.

FOX had:

· 4 of the Top 20 programs among Adults 18-49: MASTERCHEF Wed-9p (No. 3), MASTERCHEF Wed-8p (No. 6), SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE (No. 14) and FAMILY GUY-Sun 9:30p Encore (No. 18).

· 8 of the Top 20 programs among Adults 18-34: MASTERCHEF Wed-9p (No. 2), MASTERCHEF Wed-8p (No. 3), THE SIMPSONS Encore (No. 9), FAMILY GUY Encore (No. 12 tie), SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE (No. 12 tie), FAMILY GUY-Sun 9:30p Encore (No. 12 tie), BOB'S BURGERS Encore (No. 16) and RAISING HOPE-Mon 8p Encore (No. 19).

Monday: FOX ranked No. 5 in Monday prime among the seven broadcast networks in Adults 18-49, airing encores of RAISING HOPE 8p (0.8/3), RAISING HOPE 8:30p (0.7/2), NEW GIRL (0.8/2) and THE MINDY PROJECT (0.7/2).

Tuesday: FOX ranked No. 3 for the night among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34. SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE (1.3/4) grew +8% week-to-week among Adults 18-49 (vs. 1.2/4).

Wednesday: FOX led Wednesday night among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34. FOX has ranked No. 1 among Adults 18-49 for 12 of the last 15 Wednesdays since MASTERCHEF premiered. MASTERCHEF 9P was the night's highest rated program among Adults 18-49 and Adults 18-34.

Leading out of an original MASTERCHEF at 8p (2.1/7), MASTERCHEF at 9p (2.4/7) was even week-to-week and with its 9pm summer average for originals.

Thursday: FOX ranked No. 4 for the night among Adults 18-49 (tie) with encores of GLEE (0.8/3), NEW GIRL (0.7/2) and THE MINDY PROJECT (0.6/2).

Friday: FOX ranked No. 5 among Adults 18-49 in Friday prime. A BONES encore (0.7/3) and THE FOLLOWING encore (0.4/1) each matched their summer encore averages.

Saturday: FOX placed No. 5 among Adults 18-49 among the major broadcast nets with encores of COPS (0.5/2), COPS 2 (0.5/2) and BONES (0.4/1).

Sunday: FOX ranked No. 2 for the night in Adults 18-49 with encores of AMERICAN DAD (0.5/2), THE SIMPSONS 7:30p (0.7/3), THE SIMPSONS 8p (1.0/4), BOB'S BURGERS (0.8/3), FAMILY GUY 9p (1.0/3) and FAMILY GUY 9:30p (1.1/3).
