Adult Swim's Total Day Ranks #1 Among Adults 18-24 & 18-34 and Men 18-24 on Basic Cable

Adult Swim's Total Day ranked #1 among adults 18-24 & 18-34 and men 18-24 on basic cable. Compared to the same week in 2012, Total Day delivery increased among adults 18-24 by 15%, adults 18-34 by 19%, adults 18-49 by 18%, men 18-24 by 9%, men 18-34 by 9% and men 18-49 by 14%.

Compared to the same week in 2012, Primetime (broadcast definition) delivery increased among adults 18-24 by 8%, adults 18-34 by 21%, adults 18-49 by 11%, men 18-24 by 12%, men 18-34 by 11% and men 18-49 by 9%.

Sunday's new episodes of the original animated series, The Aqua TV Show Show (12a.m.) ranked #1 in its timeslot among all targeted adults and men 18-24 & 18-34, while increasing delivery among these same demos. Additionally, the new episode of Squidbillies (12:15 a.m.) ranked #1 in its time period with all key adults & men demos, while increasing among all targeted adults and men 18-34 & 18-49 vs. the same time period last year.

Thursday's premiere episodes of Childrens Hospital (12 a.m.) and NTSF:SD:SUV:: (12:15 a.m.) ranked #1 in their respective time periods with men 18-24. NTSF:SD:SUV:: increased delivery by double-digits among all key adults and men vs. the same time period last year.

The Saturday night TOONAMI block new episodes of Naruto (12:30 a.m.), One Piece (1 a.m.), Soul Eater (1:30 a.m.), and Sword Art Online (2 a.m.) increased by mostly double-digits with all targeted adult demos vs. the same time period last year.

Adult Swim's programming accounted for 26 of the top 50 telecasts on basic cable for the week with adults 18-34 and men 18-34, both more than any other network.

TNT

TNT's blockbuster hit Rizzoli & Isles ended its summer run last Tuesday, drawing 7.7 million viewers and 2.7 million adults 25-54 in Live + 3 delivery. The show continues to rack up big audiences through time-shifted viewing, with the Aug. 27 episode scoring a final tally of 8.7 million viewers and 3.1 million adults 25-54 in Live + 7.

Meanwhile, the Aug. 27 summer finale of TNT's hit series Perception drew a Live + 7 delivery of 5.7 million viewers, including 2.0 million adults 25-54. Rizzoli & Isles and Perception are both slated to return early next year.

TNT's newest hit series, Cold Justice, has attracted more than 2.6 million viewers so far in Live + 3 delivery for last Tuesday's episode. It has also garnered 906,000 adults 25-54.

Cartoon Network

Monday's new episode of the highly anticipated animated series, Uncle Grandpa (8 p.m.), scored as the #1 telecast of the day among kids 6-11 & boys 6-11, and ranked #1 in its time period among kids 6-11,9-14 and all boys.

Across the third week of September 2013, Cartoon Network ranked as television's #1 network for Early Prime (7-9 p.m.) delivery of boys 2-11, 6-11 & 9-14.

Cartoon Network was the #1 destination for kids 9-14 and all targeted boys on Monday Night (7-9 p.m.), while increasing with all targeted kids & boys 6-11 & 9-14 vs. the same time period last year. The episode premiere of Regular Show (7:30 p.m.) ranked as the #1 telecast of the day among boys 9-14, and #1 in its time period among kids 6-11,9-14 and all boys. Furthermore, the new episode of Adventure Time (7 p.m.) ranked #1 in its time period among kids 6-11,9-14 and all boys.

Cartoon Network was the #1 destination for all targeted kids and boys on Tuesday Night (7-9 p.m.), with the night growing by double digits across the board. The season premiere episode of Total Drama All-Stars (7 p.m.) ranked as the #1 telecast of the week among boys 9-14, #1 of the day with kids 9-14 & boys 6-11 & 9-14, and #1 in its time period among all key kids & boys. Additionally, The Amazing World of Gumball (7:30 p.m.) ranked as the #1 telecast of the day with kids 6-11, and #1 in its time period with all targeted kids & boys. Both premieres increased across targeted kid demos vs. the same time period last year.

Cartoon Network also ranked as the #1 destination for all targeted boys on Wednesday Night (7-9 p.m.), with the night up among kids 6-11,9-14 and all boy demos. The episode premieres of Johnny Test (7 p.m.), Teen Titans GO! (7:30 p.m.), and Annoying Orange (8 p.m.) ranked #1 in their respective time periods with all targeted boy demographics. Teen Titans GO! and Annoying Orange increased by mostly double digits among all targeted kids and boys vs. the same time period last year.

Cartoon Network was the #1 destination for all targeted boy demos on Thursday Night (7-9 p.m.), with an increase among boys 2-11 & 6-11. The new episode of Legends of Chima (7 p.m.) ranked #1 in its time period among all key boys, while growing with kids 6-11 & all boys vs. the same time period last year.

Saturday morning episode premieres increased by double digits among kids 2-11 & 6-11 vs. the same time period last year, with Pokemon BW: Adventures in Unova (8:30 a.m.) ranking #1 in its time period with boys 9-14.

TBS

Last week, The Big Bang Theory on TBS matched the prior week's performance, averaging 2.3 million viewers and 1.2 million adults 18-49 in primetime. The show also scored 19 of basic cable's Top 20 sitcom telecasts for the week among viewers and adults 18-49, increasing its count by one over the previous week.

truTV

Lizard Lick Towing (Monday at 9 p. m.) drew 1.8 million viewers last week. It ranked among ad-supported cable's Top 5 programs in the timeslot with adults 18-49 (911,000) and men 18-49 (474,000), as well as among adults & men 18-34.

truTV's hit series Impractical Jokers (Thursday at 10 p.m.) drew 1.3 million viewers last week, with 783,000 adults 18-49. It ranked as one of ad-supported cable's Top 10 entertainment programs in the timeslot with men 18-49 (381,000).

On the digital front, truTV.com drew 1.1 million visits last week, a +4% boost over the same week last year. And truTV's YouTube channel is growing at rapid pace, with last week's 1.5 million video views climbing a remarkable +57% compared to the same week last year.
