"The Voice" Is the #1 Show of the Night in Adults 18-49 and Other Key Demos
NBC spins the numbers for Monday, April 28.

Monday Results:

NBC won the night among the Big 4 in adults 18-49, taking six of six half-hours with the #1 and #2 shows of the night on those nets, "The Voice" and "The Blacklist." For the night, NBC was #1 among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in all key demographics - adults, men and women 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54.

· "The Voice" (3.0 rating, 8 share in adults 18-49, 11.4 million viewers overall from 8-10:01 p.m. ET) is the #1 show of the night in adults 18-49 and other key demos. In the time period, "The Voice" is #1 among the Big 4 networks in every key demo. "The Voice" is up +3% versus its week-ago 2.9 in these preliminary fast-national ratings and is matching last week's 3.0 in official nationals. In total viewers, "The Voice" is up +2% week to week (11.421 million vs. last week's 11.188 million in official nationals).

· In the time period, "The Voice" is #1 in the slot among the Big 4 by a 25% margin (with a 3.0 rating vs. a 2.4 for the #2 show on those nets, ABC's "Dancing With the Stars").

· "The Blacklist" (2.7/8 in adults 18-49, 10.9 million viewers overall from 10:01-11 p.m. ET) won the hour among ABC, CBS and NBC in every key measure - adults, men and women 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54, plus total viewers. "Blacklist's" margin of victory in 18-49 is 42% among ABC, CBS and NBC (2.7 vs. a 1.9 for ABC's second-place "Castle"). The 2.7 keeps "The Blacklist" within a tenth of a rating point of each of its prior five original telecasts. Versus NBC's averages in the time period last season, "The Blacklist" is up +35% in 18-49 (2.7 vs. 2.0, L+SD, non-sports) and up +89% in total viewers (10.869 million vs. 5.746 million).

· L+7 Time-Shifting: The March 31 "Blacklist" grew in L+7 by 72% or 1.99 rating points in 18-49 (to a 2.77 from a 1.76) and by 5.9 million viewers overall (17.3 million vs. 11.4 million).

In Late-Night Metered Markets Monday Night:

· In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 3.0/8; CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman," 1.8/5; and ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 2.5/6.

· In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," 1.1/5; "Late Show," 0.3/2; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.7/3.

· From 12:35-1:05 a.m. ET, ABC's "Nightline" averaged a 1.6/5 in metered-market households and a 0.4/2 in 18-49 in the Local People Meters.

· From 12:35-1:35 a.m. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" (1.5/5 in metered-market households) beat CBS's "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" (1.0/3). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.6/4 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.2/2).

· At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.9/4 in metered-market households and a 0.3/3 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
