FOX Ranks No. 2 for the Week Among Teens and Places Fifth Among Adults 18-49

NATIONAL NIELSEN RATINGS FOR THE WEEK OF August 4 - August 10, 2014

With originals of MASTERCHEF, HOTEL HELL, SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE and GANG RELATED, and the 2014 TEEN CHOICE AWARDS, FOX ranked No. 2 for the week among Teens and placed fifth among Adults 18-49 last week.

Overall, FOX had:

· 3 of the Top 20 programs among Adults 18-49: MASTERCHEF (No. 4), HOTEL HELL (No. 12) and SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE (No. 19).

· 4 of the Top 20 programs among Adults 18-34: MASTERCHEF (No. 1), HOTEL HELL (No. 10), 2014 TEEN CHOICE AWARDS (No. 13) and THE SIMPSONS (No. 16).

· 4 of the Top 20 programs among Teens: 2014 TEEN CHOICE AWARDS (No. 1), MASTERCHEF (No. 14), HOTEL HELL (No. 15 tie) and THE SIMPSONS (No. 15 tie).

· 1 of the Top 20 programs among Total Viewers: MASTERCHEF (No. 17).

Program and Nightly Highlights

Monday: Posting a 1.7/6 among Adults 18-49, FOX ranked No. 2 (tie-Univision). MASTERCHEF (2.0/7) ranked No. 1 (tie-American Ninja Warrior) on Monday in Live + Same Day. MASTERCHEF (2.0/7) and HOTEL HELL (1.4/4) were each in range of recent Live + Same Day deliveries. In 30-Day Multi-Platform Audience, MASTERCHEF is projected to gain +37% to +48% versus Live +Same Day while HOTEL HELL is projected to be up +21% to +36%.

Tuesday: FOX (0.5/2) placed No. 6 in broadcast prime with its encore comedy block: FAMILY GUY encore (0.7/3), BROOKLYN NINE-NINE encore (0.5/2), NEW GIRL encore (0.4/1) and THE MINDY PROJECT encore (0.4/1).

Wednesday: FOX ranked No. 4 in Wednesday prime among Adults 18-49 with SO YOU THINK YOU CAN DANCE (1.1/4), remaining flat with the prior two weeks. With the addition of its 30 Day Multi-Platform Audience, So You Think You Can Dance is projected to see a +43% to +54% lift (5.3 Mil to 5.7 Mil) versus Live + Same Day.

Thursday: On No. 6 FOX (0.5/2), GANG RELATED posted a 0.6/2. Gang Related is projected to see a +50% to +71% increase (3.6 Mil to 4.1 Mil) in 30 Day Multi-Platform. At 8p, a SLEEPY HOLLOW encore posted a 0.5/2 among Adults 18-49, flat week to week.

Friday: Fox placed No. 6 in broadcast (0.5/2) with an encore MASTERCHEF (0.5/2) followed by a encore BONES (0.4/2).

Saturday: Encores of BROOKLYN NINE-NINE aired over the 8p hour on Saturday (0.3/1, each) followed by a special encore of GANG RELATED (0.2/1). FOX (0.2/1) tied Telemundo as the No. 5 network in broadcast prime.

Sunday: Sunday's 2014 TEEN CHOICE AWARDS (0.8/3) matched last year's telecast in Adults 18-49, Adults 18-34 (0.9/4) and Total Viewers (2.6 Mil). Among Teens, this year's Teen Choice Awards posted a 2.7/13. A SIMPSONS encore special (0.8/3) followed an AMERICAN DAD encore (0.6/2) in the 7p hour. FOX finished in a three-way tie for No. 2 with ABC and NBC for the night in Adults 18-49 behind CBS's line-up which was boosted by the PGA Championship overrun.
