DIY Network Delivers Most-Watched August Ever While Sister Net Great American Country Achieves Best August In Six Years

DIY NETWORK DELIVERS MOST-WATCHED AUGUST EVER WHILE SISTER NET GREAT AMERICAN COUNTRY ACHIEVES BEST AUGUST IN SIX YEARS

New York [For Immediate Release - September 2, 2015] August 2015 now ranks as DIY Network's most-watched August ever for prime (M-Su 8P-12A) among P25-54 impressions, growing 6% over last August, while the network's W25-54 impressions jumped 12% year-to-year. The season premieres of Garage Gold and Attic Gold on Sunday, August 30, drove record numbers. Overall, that night was the second most-watched Sunday night in network history among W25-54 impressions. Other strong performers for the network in August included Building Belushi, Treehouse Guys and Salvage Dawgs.

Great American Country, sister net to DIY Network, delivered its best August in six years among P25-54 prime (M-Su 8P-12A) ratings - growing 8% versus last August. Flea Market Flip, Going RV, Cool Pools and Lakefront Bargain Hunt continue to drive ratings for the network.
