Monday's Broadcast Ratings: "The Bachelorette" Keeps ABC on Top

Here are the highlights of the 12 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (7/16/18):

ABC (5.329 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.3, #1) held onto the top spot on Monday with fresh installments from "The Bachelorette" (6.265 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.5, #1) and "The Proposal" (3.456 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.8, #4).

NBC (5.072 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.0, #2) then took home the silver with originals from "American Ninja Warrior" (5.176 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.1, #2) and "Dateline NBC" (4.866 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.9, #3).

Next up was FOX (2.128 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.5, #3) with a new "So You Think You Can Dance" (2.414 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.6, #5) and a repeat "9-1-1" (1.842 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T7).

Meanwhile, CBS (2.821 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.4, #4) served up a rebroadcast of "TKO: Total Knock Out" (2.614 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 0.5, #6) followed by new episodes of "Salvation" (2.479 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T9) and "Elementary" (3.371 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.4, #T7).

And finally, originals from "Penn & Teller: Fool Us" (1.400 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T9) and "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" (0.990 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T9) plus a repeat "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" (0.932 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.2, #12) rounded out the night on The CW (1.180 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.3, #5).

ABC (4.898 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 1.3, #T1) however shared in the demo victory with a new "The Bachelorette" (6.136 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 1.6, #1) and a rebroadcast of "Battle of the Network Stars" (2.423 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T5).
