Sunday's Broadcast Ratings: ABC Wins Viewers, Demos with Game Show Lineup

Here are the highlights of the 19 ad-sustained programs that aired in primetime on the broadcast networks last night (7/28/19):

ABC (4.540 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 0.7, #1) was the network to beat on Sunday with its usual mix of "America's Funniest Home Videos" (4.126 million viewers, #5; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T4), "Celebrity Family Feud" (5.580 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.8, #T2), "The $100,000 Pyramid" (4.874 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.8, #T2) and "To Tell the Truth" (3.580 million viewers, #6; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T4).

CBS (4.315 million viewers, #2; adults 18-49: 0.6, #2) then was a close second with its combination of "60 Minutes" (6.627 million viewers, #1; adults 18-49: 0.6, #T4), "Big Brother 21" (4.390 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 1.0, #1), "Instinct" (3.353 million viewers, #7; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T9) and "The Good Fight" (2.890 million viewers, #8; adults 18-49: 0.2, #T13).

Next up was NBC (2.069 million viewers, #3; adults 18-49: 0.4, #3) with a repeat "Hollywood Game Night" (1.525 million viewers, #11; adults 18-49: 0.2, #T13) followed by coverage of the "U.S. Track & Field" (1.536 million viewers, #10; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T9) and an encore of "America's Got Talent" (2.607 million viewers, #9; adults 18-49: 0.5, #7).

Meanwhile, FOX (0.901 million viewers, #4; adults 18-49: 0.3, #4) offered up repeats of "Last Man Standing" (0.804 million viewers, #16; adults 18-49: 0.1, #T17), another "Last Man Standing" (0.954 million viewers, #13; adults 18-49: 0.2, #T13), "The Simpsons" (0.886 million viewers, #15; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T9), "Bob's Burgers" (0.892 million viewers, #14; adults 18-49: 0.3, #T9), "Family Guy" (1.135 million viewers, #12; adults 18-49: 0.4, #8) and a new "What Just Happened??! with Fred Savage" (0.734 million viewers, #17; adults 18-49: 0.2, #T13).
