Thanks to Nkechi and the writers, I got my wish. Season six is 'Spencer's goodbye.' I'll miss him. I'll miss our cast and crew. I hope it's been as fun to watch him as it has been to play him," the actor told the publication. (Deadline.com, 6/24)

Writer Andy Breckman and director Randy Zisk are back behind the project, having been behind a take for CBS in 2019. Lauren Gussis and Corinne Brinkerhoff subsequently signed on for a gender-swapped version in 2020; while Michael Reisz and Carol Mendelsohn spearheaded a version for NBC in 2018. CBS Studios, Intrigue Entertainment and Red Arrow Studios International are producing. Tariq Jalil, who has been involved in all four attempts, will executive produce alongside Breckman and Zisk. (Deadline.com, 6/25)
EL GATO (Amazon) - Angela Sarafyan will recur on the Diego Boneta-led series as Elisa Kazanjian, "a stoic CIA agent who, 10 years ago, was involved in a terrible massacre while serving in the military in Afghanistan. Except now, for reasons they're still not discussing, they don't. They broke up five months ago, and they still haven't told their best friends. They find themselves sharing a bedroom at the Maine cottage that has been their friend group's yearly getaway for the past decade, and continue to lie through their teeth to their friends about their relationship status." Jennifer Lopez, Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas and Benny Medina will executive produce for their Nuyorican Productions banner. (Deadline.com, 6/25)

(Deadline.com, 6/27)

While these two start out as a surprising duo, they strike up an unlikely friendship, partnership, and even potential romance as they help save the world side by side." Terence Carter, David Boorstein and Adam Goldworm will also executive produce for FOX Entertainment Studios, Westbrook Studios and Aperture Entertainment. Grecian will receive a producing credit. (Deadline.com, 6/24)

Despite being a little green when it comes to a landscape like Yosemite, her strong will, astute investigative skills, and big-city homicide techniques become useful tools in a murder that is distinctly human."
