Get Ready to "Level Up" on Cartoon Network!

Level Up World Premiere Movie Debuts on Wednesday, November 23 at 7 p.m. (ET, PT)

Level Up Half-Hour Series Premieres in 2012

Cartoon Network's original movie, Level Up is a fantastical comedy for the video game age. At night, Wyatt (Gaelan Connell), Lyle (Jessie T. Usher) and Dante (Connor del Rio) battle together as heroic avatars, in a massively multi-player online video game, Conqueror of All Worlds. Yet, by day these high school teenagers barely know each other's names, let alone their real identities. That all changes after they mistakenly open a portal from the game world to the real world unleashing the game's evil villain Maldark, a bunch of his trolls and the entire content of the internet, into their once peaceful neighborhood. Now the trio must put aside their differences and join forces with their classmate Angie (Aimee Carrero) to work together IRL (in real life) to win the game and save the world. All without a single cheat code! Level Up, the movie premieres Wednesday, November 23 at 7 p.m. (ET, PT) on Cartoon Network.

Level Up is created and written by Derek Guiley and David Schneiderman (both credited for Chasing Liberty) and the movie is directed by Peter Lauer (Sons of Tuscon, Chuck).

Picking up where the movie leaves off, the talented cast returns in a new half-hour series Level Up, which premieres in 2012. The series is executive produced by Peter Murrieta (Wizards of Waverly Place, Hope and Faith).

To coincide with the premiere of the movie Level Up on November 23, www.CartoonNetwork.com will launch "Maldark: Conqueror of Worlds," a high-quality 3D 'dungeon-crawl' adventure game that reflects the humor and action of the movie. Similar to the game featured in the movie, players take on one of three classes and navigate a dynamic labyrinthine environment. Players will battle 40+ monsters and earn treasure completing quests across 30 dungeon levels, defeating each boss through entertaining and engaging game-play. "Maldark: Conqueror of Worlds" features voice over from the cast and quests from the writers of Level Up the movie.
