Season Five of Popular Wedding Show "MY FAIR WEDDING WITH DAVID TUTERA" Gets a Refreshed Format and New Title

NEW YORK, NY - July 31, 2012 - WE tv today unveiled a robust slate of original programming including the third season renewal of the network's hit show BRAXTON FAMILY VALUES, debuting in first quarter 2013. On the heels of the show's popularity and success, WE tv will air its first spin-off series, TAMAR & VINCE, on Thursday, September 20 at 10 pm. Rounding out the schedule, WE tv ordered a third season of JOAN & MELISSA: JOAN KNOWS BEST?, also returning in first quarter 2013, and is launching a fifth season of the network's popular wedding show MY FAIR WEDDING WITH DAVID TUTERA with a refreshed look and focus, and the new title: MY FAIR WEDDING: UNVEILED.

In addition, WE tv announced today that its recently renewed second season of MARY MARY, featuring sisters and singers Erica and Tina Campbell, will premiere on Thursday, December 13 at 9 pm. WE tv's slate of originals dedicated to African-American women has been embraced by viewers. The second season of BRAXTON FAMILY VALUES was WE tv's most watched series ever delivering nine million total viewers. Throughout the debut season of MARY MARY, the show consistently ranked #3 among African American viewers on Thursday nights among all cable networks.*

MY FAIR WEDDING: UNVEILED, 14x60

Season 5 Premieres Saturday, September 8 at 9 pm

Each new episode of Unveiled expands upon the popular show's format giving viewers an all-access pass to David Tutera's NYC office and the behind-the scenes of each extreme, lavish and luxurious wedding he plans for his clients. Drama and conflict are part of the wedding planning process, and as the ultimate wedding planner David's life is filled with both. His over-taxed staff works tirelessly to achieve his vision, and sometimes stumble along the way, but in the end David's creativity and vision always persevere as he creates a dream wedding for a bride and groom. The series is produced by Pilgrim Studios, with Craig Piligian and Melodie Calvert serving as executive producers.

Kate Farrell serves as the executive producer for WE tv.

TAMAR & VINCE, 10x60

New Series Premieres Thursday, September 20 at 10 pm

TAMAR & VINCE follows the feisty and youngest Braxton sister, Tamar, in her ongoing pursuit of pop super stardom. Her husband, music producer Vince Herbert, supports her every step of the way but is also a voice of reason that brings her back down to earth. Viewers will get an inside look at their complicated yet devoted relationship, including their baby plans, Tamar's music career, and how their upscale lifestyle must adjust as Vince recovers from a life-threatening health scare. The series is produced by Magical Elves.
