In the tournament finale, Duskie's Potato and Seafood Chowder defeated Chef Lee Anne Wong's Potato Three Ways in an intense secret ingredient battle.

The "Road to Redemption" tournament at FoodNetwork.com began October 12th with a battle between former Next Iron Chef contenders Estes and Robert Trevino, followed on October 19th by a competition between Iron Chef America challengers Madison Cowan and Wong.
