A+E NETWORKS(R) TEAMS WITH OPENDOOR FOR SEASON-LONG MARKETING PARTNERSHIP ON NEW A&E SERIES "MOVE OR IMPROVE"

Move or Improve Premieres Saturday, August 13 on A&E's Home.Made.Nation. Block

NEW YORK - August 11, 2022 - A+E Networks(R) today announced an enhanced marketing partnership and creative integration with Opendoor, a leading digital platform for residential real estate, for the premiere season of A&E's Move or Improve. The new homeowner show is set to bow August 13 with back-to-back episodes at 12n and 12:30pm ET within Home.Made.Nation., a lifestyle programming block available across A+E Networks' platforms.

The season-long partnership actively integrates Opendoor into each weekly episode as a key part of the narrative, where hero couples use the Opendoor app or Opendoor.com to surface potential new homes when considering selling their current one. Couples take full advantage of the digital platform while making life-changing decisions about whether to move or improve their current living situation.

"Current trends in both the housing market and consumption of home genre content make this the perfect time to bring Opendoor's message to our audiences. We're delighted to partner with Opendoor to make this innovative platform an integral part of Move or Improve to help homeowners make smarter decisions," said David DeSocio, EVP Ad Sales Marketing & Partnerships, A+E Networks. "This strategic and serendipitous integration enabled us to tell compelling and organic stories that are relatable and helpful to so many viewers."

"Moving isn't just about moving from one home to another, it's about transitioning to a new stage in life. Whether you're getting married, starting a family, taking a new job, or resizing your home, moving can change your life," said David Corns, Vice President of Marketing at Opendoor. "A&Es Move or Improve is a great fit to demonstrate how Opendoor helps people sell, buy and transition to what's next in life in one simple, fast, and seamless move."

Move or Improve follows homeowners who find themselves at a real estate crossroads, embarking on the emotional journey to make a life-changing decision: to renovate and stay in their current home, move to a different home nearby, or relocate to a new city entirely. They all are wondering if they can get the home of their dreams for the same price as their current home. Each with relatable circumstances - new babies in tow, kids leaving for college, or a remote work-from-home plan - these homeowners are stuck in limbo as they try to solve their real estate needs and make the best decision for their family.

Move or Improve is produced by A+E Networks' Six West Media(TM) and will air on A&E and be available next day across A+E Networks digital platforms.
