THE CW FINISHES ITS FIRST SWEEP EN FUEGO!

In the Final 3 Days of the November 2006 Sweep, The CW Posts Its Best Monday and Tuesday To Date;Best "Gilmore Girls" and "America's Next Top Model" Of The Season; Best "Veronica Mars" Ever;

And Best "One Tree Hill" Since the 2004-2005 Season

November 30, 2006 (Burbank, CA) -- The CW finished its first sweep on fire, as momentum continued to build in the closing days of the Nov. 2006 Sweep. In the final three nights of the sweep, The CW posted its best Monday and Tuesday to date, season highs for "Gilmore Girls" and "Top Model," a new all-time high for "Veronica Mars" and the best "One Tree Hill" since the 2004-05 season (see below).

With the final Nov. 2006 Sweep results, The CW out-paced The WB last Nov. by 7% in in the network's target demo of adults 18-34 (1.6/5 v. 1.5/4) and 11% in women 18-34 (2.1/6 v. 1.9/5). The CW mirrors The WB's scheduling model with 13 hours of primetime programming over 6 nights.

WEDNESDAY

On the final night of the Nov. Sweep, The CW scored its second highest-rated night of programming since the network launched on Sept. 20. in adults 18-34 (3.0/9), women 18-34 (4.6/12), adults 18-49 (2.3/6), women 18-49 (3.3/8) and viewers (4.9mil).

That night, "One Tree Hill" also delivered its highest ratings since the 2004-2005 season in key demos, including its best adults 18-34 (2.6/7) since 4/26/05 and best women 18-34 (3.9/10) since 2/22/05.

"Top Model" scored its best ratings of the season on Nov. 29 in adults 18-34 (3.4/10), women 18-34 (5.2/15), adults 18-49 (2.8/8), women 18-49 (4.0/10) and viewers (5.7mil).

TUESDAY

On Tuesday, Nov. 28, The CW posted its best Tuesday to date in adults 18-34 (2.3/7), women 18-34 (3.2/8), adults 18-49 (1.9/5), women 18-49 (2.6/6) and viewers (4.2mil).

That night, "Gilmore Girls" climbed to new season highs in adults 18-34 (2.6/8), adults 18-49 (2.2/6) and viewers (4.9mil), and "Veronica Mars" delivered its best ratings EVER in adults 18-34 (2.0/5) and adults 18-49 (1.6/4-tie), its second largest audience ever (3.44mil) and second highest ratings in women 18-34 (2.6/7-tie) and women 18-49 (2.0/5-tie).

MONDAY

On Nov. 27, The CW recorded its best Monday of the season in the network's target demo of adults 18-34 (1.6/4)
