USA SWEEPS JANUARY RATINGS

NEW YORK, NY- January 30, 2007 - USA was the #1 network in basic cable prime for the month of January 2007 among all key demos with 2.0 million household impressions, 0.5 million in P18-34, 1.2 million in P18-49, 1.2 million in P25-54, and 2.7 million total viewers.

For the month of January, USA was the most watched network on every night its original series aired - #1 on Mondays with WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW , #1 on Thursdays with NASHVILLE STAR, and #1 on Fridays with MONK and PSYCH. USA dominated the basic cable prime rankings, as the network was home to more than half of the top twenty P25-54 telecasts of January 2007.

� Earning its most watched month among P25-54 since before its return to USA in October 2005, WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW flexed its muscle as the #1 program in basic cable prime for January 2007 among all key demos, with an average of 2.8 million in P18-49 and 2.5 million in P25-54. WWE telecasts ranked as the top eight programs in basic cable prime for the month among P25-54, and WWE's strength made USA the #1 network in basic cable prime on Monday nights in January among households, P18-34, P18-49, P25-54, and total viewers.

� USA original series NASHVILLE STAR returned in January with an average of 1.0 million in P18-49 and 1.0 million in P25-54. NASHVILLE STAR continually ranked as one of the top basic cable programs of its night, and USA ranked as the #1 basic cable prime network on Thursdays for the month among both P18-49 and P25-54.

� USA's MONK was second only to WWE as the most watched program of the month, and MONK and PSYCH were the top two programs on Friday night in January with an average of 2.1 million and 1.7 million in P25-54 respectively in original episodes. With the strong combination of MONK and PSYCH, USA was easily the #1 network in basic cable prime on Fridays in the month of January among both P18-49 and P25-54.
