CBS Delivers its Best Sunday Demographics in a Year
CBS's broadcast of THE 50TH ANNUAL GRAMMY AWARDS, which saw Amy Winehouse win five awards including Best New Artist, Record of the Year and Song of the Year, placed first in every half hour in adults 18-34 and adults 18-49 leading CBS to a dominant Sunday victory in all key measures, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for Feb. 10.
THE 50TH ANNUAL GRAMMY AWARDS from 8:00-11:30 PM was first in households (10.5/17), viewers (17.54m), adults 25-54 (7.2/16), adults 18-49 (6.6/16) and adults 18-34 (5.7/15).
From 7:00-11:00 PM, CBS was first in households (10.3/16), viewers (16.92m), adults 25-54 (6.5/15), adults 18-49 (5.8/14) and adults 18-34 (4.9/13). This marks CBS' best Sunday deliveries since last year's GRAMMY telecast (2/11/07) with adults 18-34, adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 (tied).
