SEASON FINALES LEAD CBS TO A DEMO WIN ON THE FINAL MONDAY OF THE SEASON

The Season Finales of "Two and a Half Men" and "Rules of Engagement" Soar Over Last Week and Place First in Viewers and Key Demos

The Season Finale of "CSI: Miami" Is Tops in Its Time Period

The season finales of HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER, TWO AND A HALF MEN, RULES OF ENGAGEMENT and CSI: MIAMI led CBS to a nightly win in adults 18-49 and adults 25-54 on the final Monday of the season, according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for May 18.

A special 8:00 PM edition of RULES OF ENGAGEMENT (4.7/08, 7.49m) averaged 3.2/09 in adults 25-54 and 2.6/08 in adults 18-49.

At 8:30 PM, the season finale of HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER (5.4/08, 8.69m) finished second with a 4.2/10 in adults 25-54 and 3.7/10 in adults 18-49.

The season finale of TWO AND A HALF MEN was first in households (9.8/15), viewers (15.95m), adults 25-54 (6.5/16), adults 18-49 (5.2/14) and adults 18-34 (3.3/10). Compared to last week, TWO AND A HALF MEN was up +20% in households (from 8.2/12), +14% in both adults 25-54 (from 5.7/13) and adults 18-34 (from 2.9/09), +16% in adults 18-49 (from 4.5/12) and added +2.84m viewers (from 13.11m, +22%).

The season finale of RULES OF ENGAGEMENT was first in households (7.9/12), viewers (12.81m), adults 25-54 (5.5/13) and adults 18-49 (4.4/13). Compared to last week, RULES OF ENGAGEMENT was up +25% in households (from 6.3/09), +17% in adults 25-54 (from 4.7/10), +22% in adults 18-49 (from 3.6/09) and added +2.67m viewers (from 10.14m, +19%).

CSI: MIAMI was first in households (8.9/15), viewers (14.02m), adults 25-54 (5.0/13) and adults 18-49 (3.8/10). Compared to last week, CSI: MIAMI was up +2% in households (from 8.7/15), even in adults 25-54 and added +430,000 viewers (from 13.59m, +3%).

For the night, CBS was first in adults 25-54 (4.9/12), adults 18-49 (3.9/11), second in households (7.6/12) and viewers (12.16m, -0.02m behind ABC).
