CBS Tops Monday in Viewers and Places First in Adults 18-49 Against First-Run Competition

CBS TOPS MONDAY IN VIEWERS AND PLACES FIRST IN ADULTS 18-49 AGAINST FIRST-RUN COMPETITION

In Its New 9:30 PM Time Period, "The Big Bang Theory" Places First in Viewers and Key Demographics

CBS placed first in viewers and adults 18-49 (tie) against first-run competition ("The Bachelorette," "Here Come the Newlyweds" on ABC; "I'm a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here" and "Dateline" on NBC), according to Nielsen preliminary live plus same day ratings for Monday, June 8.

At 8:00 PM, BIG BANG THEORY (R) was first in adults 25-54 (2.7/08), tied for first in adults 18-49 (2.1/07, with ABC), second in both households (4.3/08) and viewers (6.57m, -0.01m behind ABC).

HOW I MET YOUR MOTHER (R) was tied for first in adults 25-54 (2.6/07, with ABC), tied for second in both households (3.9/07, with FOX) and adults 18-49 (2.0/06, with FOX) and third in viewers (5.77m).

TWO AND A HALF MEN (R) won its time slot in households (6.0/10), viewers (9.46m), adults 25-54 (3.8/10) and adults 18-49 (2.9/08).

The 9:30 PM time period premiere of BIG BANG THEORY (P) (R) was first in viewers (7.84m), adults 25-54 (3.5/08), tied for first in adults 18-49 (2.7/07, with ABC) and second in households (4.9/08).

CSI: MIAMI (R) was first in households (5.5/09), viewers (8.13m), adults 25-54 (2.9/08) and tied first in adults 18-49 (2.1/06, with NBC).

For the night, CBS was first in households (5.0/09), viewers (7.65m), adults 25-54 (3.1/08) and tied for first in adults 18-49 (2.3/07, with ABC's all first-run line-up).
