USA'S FALL LINEUP WHITE HOT

WHITE COLLAR L7 Ratings Jump Double Digits; Up +52% in P18-49

NEW YORK, NEW YORK � November 23, 2009 � USA was the most watched cable network this week, beating all other networks, including Monday Night Football-fueled ESPN, in total viewers (3.08 million) and households (2.32 million). USA also retained its position as the top entertainment network in basic cable prime this week among P25-54 (1.37 million) and P18-49 (1.29 million). No other cable network delivered over 3 million total viewers and no other entertainment net drew over 1 million in P25-54 or 2 million households in prime.

USA placed half of the week's top ten P25-54 entertainment telecasts in basic cable prime this week with original dramas MONK and WHITE COLLAR, WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW, and the top acquired series on cable, NCIS. USA was the only network to place more than one telecast in the week's top ten.

� This week's episode of MONK was the most watched entertainment telecast of the week, delivering more total viewers (5.30 million) and households (3.75 million) than any other entertainment offering. WHITE COLLAR was the #2 scripted telecast of the week with 4.56 million total viewers and 3.39 million households. On Friday night, MONK and WHITE COLLAR were the #1 and #2 shows, respectively, in delivering P25-54 (Monk 2.04 million / WC 1.80 million) and P18-49 (1.56 million / 1.53 million). WHITE COLLAR was the most watched P18-34 entertainment telecast of the night with 629,000 of these viewers while MONK was #2 with 519,000.

� USA's newest series, WHITE COLLAR, saw impressive time-shifting gains in week 3 of the season (11/6/09), adding +52% in P18-49 from its Live+SD audience to deliver 1.8 million of these viewers (the 3rd largest L7 vs LS Lift ever for a USA Original), +46% additional in P25-54 to deliver over 2 million, and +38% in total viewers to 5.3 million.

� WWE MONDAY NIGHT RAW held the top P18-49 telecast this week with its 10P hour (2.55 million) while its 9P hour placed 4th for the week with 2.30 million. RAW was the most watched entertainment program in cable prime Monday, taking the top two telecasts and delivering the most P25-54, P18-49, P18-34 (1.21 million), P12-17 (628,000), total viewers, and households. RAW was the only entertainment offering in Monday's basic cable prime to deliver over 2 million P25-54, 2 million P18-49, half a million P12-17, 4 million total viewers, or 3 million households.
